Key Responsibilities:
● Strategically manage and expand rental property portfolios, ensuring high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
● Cultivate and maintain strong tenant relationships, expertly negotiating lease agreements and resolving issues with diplomacy and efficiency.
● Implement targeted social media strategies to attract and engage potential landlords and tenants.
● Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to enhance processes and elevate the overall tenant experience.
● Ability to handle pressure and problem-solving skills.
Skills and Experience:
● Hold a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration and a valid driver’s license.
● Demonstrated experience in rental property management, with a minimum of one year in the field.
● Superior communication and negotiation skills, particularly in tenant relations and lease management.
● Ability to handle pressure and problem-solving skills.
● In-depth knowledge of the rental real estate market, with a preference for experience in managing residential properties.
● Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, efficiently managing multiple properties and tenant inquiries.
● Proficiency in digital tools, including Email, MS Office, and property management software, with an aptitude for embracing new technologies.

Your role will be integral in maintaining the efficiency of our office operations, ensuring that day-to-day tasks are completed with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
● Provide accurate and timely translations for Chinese social media platforms, including
Xiaohongshu and WeChat.
● Handle incoming phone calls and greet walk-in clients with a professional demeanor.
● Efficiently forward inquiries to the relevant departments or team members.
● Post online advertisements and schedule open inspection times.
● Prepare and manage marketing advertisements.
● Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
● Support various office management tasks, contributing to the overall smooth operation of the office.
Skills and Experience:
● Proficiency in computer technology, including experience with software applications and real estate platforms.
● Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● A proactive and positive ‘can-do’ attitude, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
