Eric Lee started his own agency to provide forward-thinking and creative solutions to his clients for building long term wealth in real property investments.

After accumulating more than 20 years of experience in the property industry in various roles including Project Executive, Owners Corporation Manager, Property Consultant, Leasing Consultant and Property Manager for residential & commercial properties, Eric has gained in-depth understanding of the industry, which enables him to provide insightful and strategic advice to his clients in relation to marketing and investment of their properties.

Eric believes strongly in building long term relationship with each of his client by supporting them in satisfying their long term goals, as well as assisting them in addressing their immediate needs and questions. Each client should have a set of investment plan customised to their investing purpose.
